Changes

One of the new changes in my life right now....This one has been a bit difficult; and is ongoing. 
Will took away my bike privileges.  So, he's back to helping me with some other work outs.  More strength training-type of stuff.

Week 1
Monday
5 Rounds (we didn't time)
35 lb front squat: 5 reps
15 push ups

Tuesday
5 Rounds doing as many as I could each round
35 lb Push Press: 20 seconds
Rest 10 Seconds
Lunges, alternating: 20 Seconds
Rest 10 Seconds

My rounds were, 7/7; 5/8; 5/8; 3/8; 5/9

Wednesday
3 Rounds: 5 Min/rounds
Row
5 Wall Balls/5 Sit ups

My rounds were:  800M/ 8
             865/8
   830/7

Thursday
21-15-9
Kettlebell swings 18lb
Burpess
