So, that didn't last long.

I don't think my husband likes to be my trainer. I just get him frustrated. We only did that first week of the strength training.

But, I have been trying to make up my own little, pathetic workouts over the past couple of weeks.

Yesterday evening, I did
5 rounds of
Rowing 250 m
Sit ups on the GHD 20
Back extensions (which I call butt crunches) also on the GHD 15
*I used to do the all the time at the gym in E'green. I wonder why I never just go to the basement and use our frame.

I have no idea how long it took me, but I felt like I was dragging. Each rowing turn was about 75 seconds.
