I did the "Pack" section for this...and I actually did it!!
For time:
Run 1/2 mile (ok, I rowed 800 M)
50 pull ups
100 push ups
150 Squats
Row 400 M

Another "Pack" one, I must be moving up! I'd still rather just ride my bike though.

35 Box Jumps (I actually did these, even though I HATE them with passion!!)
35 Push ups
35 Sit ups
35 Pull ups
35 back extensions

20 Turkish Get-ups (only 5 #s, not sure I did them correctly) alternating arms
