Was going to do 5 round, but those box jumps wasted me pretty quickly.

Measurements
Okay, so without posting my actual measurements. My first ones were taken on May 1, 2009. Today is July 8th and I have put on .5 inches per bicep. And close to 3/4 inch on each thigh.
