New Strength

Tonight I made Will start me on a strength training program. I think I will get rid of the scale. I am too dependent on it anyway. WAY too dependent. But, I won't let myself gain any weight with it around. We will see if I am able to stay off of that thing. At least cut it back to once each day or something. I am thinking I will record my measurements on here tonight or tomorrow. Would that be so stupid of me? To see if I gain any muscle mass. This is a four night each week program with Wed. off. I guess just doing a regular workout.

This evening I did Squats. 5 reps/3 sets
Weight was 15/25/35 pounds
Then I did Presses 5 reps/3 sets
Weight was 15 pounds
I felt very pathetic at this.
